Another Five-Star Review! *****
Posted by Frank Bray on
Love those five-star review! Erika wrote, Amazing piece of furniture! We love our rocker! Not only did Frank create an incredibly beautiful and comfortable piece of furniture that we will use for years to come, but he was also very responsible and helpful throughout the process. I will continue to recommend him to everyone in the market for a similar piece! Erika chose one of my Naptime rockers with oatmeal linen, with the taller back and premium seat upgrades. It's a gorgeous chair! Thank you Erika for the wonderful review and happy rocking!

The Sleigh Rocker - Traditional Styling With Modern Comforts
Posted by Frank Bray on
My Sleigh model has been on hiatus for a few years while I've concentrated on the more modern chair with upholstered sides. But recently there's been a lot of interest in more traditional chairs so I've decided to offer this model once again. This time around my sleigh model gets an update with new, thicker legs front and rear, and some construction techniques borrowed from the fully-upholstered models. This results in a rocking chair that's better than ever with the best of the new (rock-solid construction and modern fabrics) with the best of the old - traditional, classic sleigh styling...

I run my business from home as I'm a one-man workshop. My workshop is located in the garage behind my house, which is a converted horse barn built circa 1880. Later when the farm properties were subdivided and my little wartime house was built, it was converted into a garage. When my partner and I bought this house 11 years ago we converted the garage into a finished workshop. During the renos we actually discovered parts of the old barn doors behind the walls next to the modern garage door. In this cozy heated space I've built hundreds of chairs...
Yes I Make Kid's Rockers Too!
Posted by Frank Bray on
Yes I do make kid's rockers too! These are adorable and sized just right for your toddler up to about 10 years of age or so. These chairs are very well-built and can hold up to 200lbs. These chairs are 3/4 versions of my adult rockers. They are offered in Naptime or Manhattan styles with a variety of fabrics. These chairs have a seat that measures about 15" square. The seat, back and arms are well-padded for comfort. There are no sharp edges anywhere. What child wouldn't want their very own, sized-to-fit chair?
