Off Your Rocker values all of our customers equally. All orders, whether by website, phone, or in person are normally handled in the order received, and order volume can vary greatly.

Flat rate shipping now applies as of Jan 1, 2026.  Flat rate to anywhere in Ontario is $60.  Other provinces vary.  You will see shipping rates at checkout before you make your purchase. 

Off Your Rocker ships via Canada Post or UPS. Generally orders arrive 2-4 business days after posting, though holidays and events outside of our control may affect this time. The turnaround times can vary between 2-4 weeks most times of the year as these chairs are made to order.
