Shop with confidence using your Visa or Mastercard online, or by phone, or in person.  We also accept Paypal.

Layaway Payment Plan

We now offer a zero-interest layaway payment plan.  Note, your purchase will not ship until final payment is received.

A non-refundable deposit is required, equalling 50% of the total purchase price (cost of item, plus shipping, plus applicable taxes).

The balance is to be paid over the course of six months or less.  A payment schedule will be arranged when you make your deposit.

SHIPPING POLICY

I ship my wares via Canada Post. Items are shipped out after payment has been received. I have shipped all across North America,  from Alaska to Texas, British Columbia to Newfoundland. You will be notified by email when your purchase has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.  Please note, Off Your Rocker is not responsible for customs duties or fees.

All of my merchandise knocks down for more economical  shipping, and are packed in cardboard boxes with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent damage.  I take care to ensure that my items arrive intact and without damage.

Rocking chairs and footstools are shipped out to customers with easy to follow assembly instructions and all hardware.  Assembly will require approximately 20 minutes.

In-stock chairs require approximately 10 to 14 business days to arrive. Custom orders will require approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  For customers who wish to provide their own fabric for a custom order, I will require 3 to 4 metres or yards per chair.  I recommend using regular postal services for shipping fabric as many couriers charge brokerage fees for border crossing.

I offer discounts for multiple orders.

 
I will deliver within a 100 kilometre radius of Belleville, Ontario for a small fee. Please contact me for details.

Local pickup can also be arranged.

REFUND POLICY

I have a 30 day refund policy from the time you receive your item.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me in its original salable condition for a full refund (including original shipping costs).  Please contact me before making a return.

You must pay return shipping costs.

Please note, there are NO returns on custom orders.
